Private and clean renovated 2 bedroom apartment in "Safest Town" in Massachusetts, 25 minutes from Boston. Perfect for families or travelers wanting extra space. Sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 queen beds and 1 futon. Pets are completely welcome! Lots of walking trails nearby. Connected to another unit and shares the large backyard. Lake Chochituate is near with canoe, kayak, and swimming. Close to MassPike, Rt.30 & 27. Close to many colleges and MetroWest office parks. Cleaned thoroughly between guests! A private driveway is available for guests that fits up to 2 cars comfortably. Easily accessible and well lit area. Connected to another unit. Short walk to public access of Dudley Pond. The Framingham Logan Express bus terminal is a short Uber/Lyft ride away if you want a cheaper alternative to taking a taxi or rideshare all the way from the airport for those guests not driving. Getting in and out of Boston or to Logan by car will take twice as long during morning and evening rush hour so plan your travel accordingly. All cookware and paper goods are provided. Our family lives minutes away and I am available for any needs. You will share the backyard with another connected Airbnb.

Jesse was a great host and place was as listed. Would stay there again!
The location was excellent for visiting our family in the Boston area. It is a renovated garage so can be a bit drafty and cold given the winter weather but the extra space heaters are really helpful and Jesse responded quickly when I asked for mats for the bathroom, which is granite and chilly on one’s toes!\n\nThe access is certainly steep but so grateful our well behaved pup was allowed! The stove worked well to begin our Christmas Prime rib and plenty of cookware. \n\nWe enjoyed the peaceful location and would love to return!

Lovely little apartment that we took refuge in with our dogs when the power was out at home. Comfortable for people and dogs and had more space than the photos made it seem -- the living room was very cosy, the kitchen very practical. If you're mobility impaired, be aware that there are interior stairs both up to and down from the living room. Handy deck and back yard for dogs in the morning. Great WiFi and ability to cast to the TV (and also sign into all the usual services). Warm and pleasant, good selection of cups and plates. We didn't try cooking but the stove and fridge all looked great. Would happily stay again.
Everything was immaculate and in great working order. The location is great for us because our daughter lives in Wellesley,
We stayed at this property for a month, and we were uncomfortable. The first week had several issues: a rotted bathroom vanity, a nonworking bathroom fan, a shower head clogged with limescale, and a bedroom rug with a strong odor that was removed but never replaced, despite multiple requests. The kitchen cabinets contained food remnants and grime, and the main area mini split leaked heavily, rendering it unusable. The property seemed to hold significant moisture, leaving a persistent damp smell and feeling. The host was responsive and attended to some items, but overall the cleanliness and comfort did not meet expectations or value of what we paid, even after the repairs and replacements. The shared yard is nice and spacious, but the walkway shown in current photos is completely overgrown and therefore unusable. With some TLC and a deep cleaning, this could be a great option for a stay in a nice Boston suburb.

Other than a little incident at the beginning everything was great. The place is convenient and comfortable, and the kitchen has almost everything we needed. Backyard was great. We had a great stay.
A spacious place with a great yard and walking trails nearby. The kitchen could use a few more items for cooking and could be a bit cleaner. The house is a drive to Boston, but the location is very quiet. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Havenstone Property Management will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Havenstone Property Management will match it.
