There is a private balcony with outdoor seating and down below is a BBQ grill and outdoor dining shared with the first floor. Please be aware that there is no onsite parking, but there is nearby paid parking. We had a wonderful stay in East Boston! The location was perfect—close to the airport and just a quick trip into downtown, yet still felt like a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The space worked out for all of us—comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We also loved dining at Rino’s Place nearby, it was a short walk from the house and the food was incredible. Definitely a highlight of our trip along with watching the Celtics play at TD Garden. We only wish we had more time to explore East Boston itself—it seems like such a great area with a lot to offer.
Lovely space with a very modern and relaxing feel to the building. The space was extremely clean, and the bedrooms are large. My only con, is there is no living room, but the kitchen and dining area are large and makes the space feel open and not cramped. The host was very responsive and instructions on how to use the door and check out were clear and easy. The host was also super accommodating with the extending my check out time to later in the morning due to a large car accident occurring on the street. This in my opinion was 10/10 hospitality being accommodating to allow a later check-out so I could sleep in after being awoken by the outside commotion (which is no reflection on the space, just happened to be staying there when a loud accident occurred). Super convenient area to downtown Boston, only downside is limited parking in this area which is no reflection on the property but I would recommend to anyone staying here to use Spot Hero to rent a spot for during your stay.

Jesse is a fantastic host and the place was exactly what we needed! He always responded within almost minutes to our random questions. I cannot recommend him enough! Thanks for being so flexible with our stay.
The place was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious. What surprised me was the lack of living room. Every bedroom had a TV and the master bedroom was equipped with a small sofa and a small desk. The description of the Airbnb stated within walking distance from the Airport. The distance was close if driving. The traffic is heavy and 0.8 mi each way to the subway station is not convenient for everyone. The neighborhood was peaceful and people were friendly.
This was a last minute business trip to Boston and the hosts were incredibly helpful. Great place to stay while passing through and needing place to crash at the end of the workday.
The place was easy to find, close to the train station and airport, and the host was proactive with responding as the check-in date approached. The surrounding area (outside of host control) was dirtier than I expected. The neighborhood could use some pride in cleaning up trash on the streets and sidewalks. Otherwise, the location was convenient and I felt safe where I stayed.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Havenstone Property Management will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Havenstone Property Management will match it.
