Could be a very nice apartment but we had a terrible experience. Some of the issues: bed in the master was missing key parts and broke; toilet in master was disconnected, washing machine was disconnected, dirty, moldy and smelly. One of the showers was not plumbed correctly and caused flooding below. Porch door and several windows were unlockable. Main electronic door lock malfunctioned. Plus squatters were living in the apartment below (owned by the same landlord) throughout our entire stay: we had to endure intense smells from their extensive use of marihuana which triggered multiple fire alarms; they yelled profanities all day long, and they threw their trash onto the back porch. Property manager Jesse tried to help where he could but seemed to be curtailed by owner Suman. We ended up moving out early because it became intolerable and received a partial refund from Airbnb when Suman became uncooperative. We were told Suman plans to sell the property as soon as we're out.
